Global financial technology company Grey has awarded a total of $9,500 in equity-free grants to outstanding women entrepreneurs from Brazil and Nigeria as part of its ‘Upgreyed Her 2025’ initiative. The program, aimed at bridging gender gaps in entrepreneurship and tech, celebrates female-led innovation in emerging markets.

The Upgreyed Her 2025 campaign was launched on International Women’s Day, calling for applications from women-led startups across Brazil and Nigeria. After rigorous screening, five winners were selected based on their business impact, innovation, and community contribution.
